2020 Reunion information

The 2020 709^th Maint Bn. & 99^th Combat Support Bn Reunion will be a joint reunion along with the 9^th Inf Div. it will be in held July 31- August 3, 2020 In Nashville, TN. The Hotel will be the Hilton Airport Hotel. The room rates will be good for 3 days prier and 3 days after the reunion dates. Hope to see you in Nashville

Friday July 31

09:00 hours: Hospitality Room set up/open for incoming members.

Sign in for registration and visit.

Evening: Dinner on your own, informal get-togethers in Hospitality Room.

18:00 hours: Board of Directors meeting in Hospitality Suite.

Saturday Aug 1

Early morning: Breakfast on your own.

09:00 hours: Hospitality room open.

13:00 hours: Day trip, time and place TBD

17:00 hours: Return to Hospitality Room for socializing.

18:00 hours: Story hour, Memorial Service.

Sunday Aug 2

Early morning: Breakfast on your own.

09:00 hours: Hospitality room open.

10:30 hours: Membership meeting of the 9^th ID Society

11:00 hours: Membership meeting of the 709/99^th Association

Ladies attendance and participation is welcome.

11:30 hours: Visit in Hospitality room or go see sites

17:00 hours: Members & spouses gather for group photo.

18:00 hours: Meal provided by Society served. Guest speaker.

19:30 hours: Meal over. Final informal gathering in Hospitality Room.

THURSDAY June 13

Early morning: Breakfast on your own.

09:00 hours: Reunion “officially” ends.
